Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders totalling under £200 and over £1,000. A £35 nominal delivery charge applies to orders between £200.01 and £999.99. Applicable to UK mainland only.

Excludes Outdoor Kitchens and other specified preorder items - delivery charges apply. 

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, unless stated otherwise. Once your order is received, we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your delivery plan.

Delivery Methods & Services (UK Mainland)

London, Home Counties & majority of Southern England

Deliveries are typically made by Teakunique's own delivery team. You'll receive a delivery date & 2-hour time slot. 

We will place furniture in your chosen location. If access is restricted, tables can be delivered with legs detached and we offer complimentary onsite assembly. 

To keep delivery costs down, this is typically a one-person service, so assistance may be needed for heavier or larger items. If you require a two-person delivery team, our preferred courier can handle the delivery instead.

Midlands, Northern England, Wales & Scotland

Orders are usually delivered by our preferred courier, who will provide a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot. 

General Delivery Notes

Delivered ready to enjoy! Unless otherwise requested, tables are delivered fully assembled, and all furniture is delivered without packaging. 

Deliveries operate 7 days a week.

Smaller items are sent by ParcelForce, appropriately packaged.

Please include any special instructions or requests in the order notes at check-out.

Deliveries to Non-UK mainland & Europe

For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and other non UK mainland deliveries, please contact us for a delivery quote.

We are currently unable to arrange delivery to Europe and beyond, but we can deliver to a UK-based shipping agent of your choice.

Collections 

Orders can be collected from us near Midhurst, West Sussex (GU29). We will notify you when your order is ready and provide full collection details.
