Delivery

We want you to enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible, which is why we deliver within 2 weeks.

Delivery charges

Free delivery for orders totalling under £200 and over £1,000. £35 delivery charge applies to orders totalling between £200.01 and £999.99.  Applicable to UK mainland only.

    Delivery time

    Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, unless stated otherwise. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery plan within 2 working days.

    Delivery methods and services

    Orders to London, the Home Counties, and the majority of Southern England are usually delivered by Teakunique's own delivery team. We provide customers with a delivery date and 2-hour time slot.

    We will place furniture in the customers' chosen location. If access is restricted, our drivers will deliver tables with legs detached and offer complimentary onsite table assembly. Please note that in order to keep delivery costs down, this is a one-person service, so our driver may require assistance carrying heavier or larger items. Should you require a two-person delivery team, our preferred courier can deliver instead.

    Orders to the Midlands, Northern England, Wales and Scotland are usually delivered by our preferred courier. They provide customers with a delivery date and 3-hour time slot.

    In both cases, unless requested, tables are delivered fully assembled and all furniture is delivered without packaging.  Our delivery services operate 7-days a week.

    Smaller items are sent by ParcelForce and packaged as appropriate. Please include any special instructions or requests in the order notes at check-out.

    Deliveries to Non-UK mainland and Europe

    For Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and other non UK mainland deliveries, please contact us for delivery rates.

    We are currently unable to arrange delivery to Europe (with the exception of the Republic of Ireland) and beyond, but can deliver to a UK-based shipping agent of your choice.

    Collections 

    Orders can be collected from us near Midhurst in West Sussex (GU29). We will notify customers when their order is ready for collection and provide further instructions on how to find us.
