Teakunique supplies high-grade teak garden furniture to hotels, pubs, restaurants, wedding venues, golf and sailing clubs, holiday lets, care homes and hospices, garden and interior designers and property developers across the UK. Trade customers get trade pricing, made-to-order sizes, samples and a dedicated contact from first enquiry to delivery. Every piece is made from kiln-dried teak heartwood with mortise-and-tenon joints, and arrives fully assembled. Established in 2006, and run since 2016 by cousins Rachel Henley and Victoria Warrender, we work with operators, designers and procurement teams from specification through to delivery.
Our furniture is made from high-grade, kiln-dried teak heartwood. Table tops are up to 4cm thick, bench legs 7cm wide, and every joint is mortise-and-tenon with hidden dowels, with no visible bolts to work loose. For everyday commercial use we recommend our fixed-frame tables and non-folding chairs rather than folding pieces; our stacking chairs store neatly out of season. Everything arrives fully assembled and without packaging, so there's nothing to build or dispose of on site.
Our teak comes from managed plantations in Indonesia and is imported under the FLEGT licensing scheme (UK and EU compliant), so it's legally harvested and verified at every stage of the supply chain. Through our Trees4Trees partnership, two trees are planted for every tree used, and each purchase comes with a tree identification number you can look up. Ask us for sourcing details for your procurement checks or ESG reporting.

Yes. Hotels, pubs, restaurants, venues, holiday lets, care homes, designers and developers get trade prices across our range, with better prices on larger quantities. Prices exclude VAT. Tell us about your project and we'll send our trade price list and current terms. Make a trade enquiry →
No. We're happy to supply anything from a single piece to a full terrace. The larger the order, the better the trade price, and your quote will set this out.
Pieces we have in stock take about 1–2 weeks, subject to availability. Made-to-order pieces, including bespoke sizes, take about 15–20 weeks from order, so for a spring opening or the start of the season, order made-to-order furniture over the winter. Your quote will confirm lead times. Delivery information →
Yes. Our fixed-frame tables, benches, loungers and non-folding chairs are built for everyday commercial use from high-grade teak heartwood. We don't recommend folding chairs or folding tables for commercial use; our stacking chairs are ideal if you store furniture out of season. Steamer chairs are popular for terraces and poolsides too; our folding steamers carry a 2-year guarantee when used commercially. Teak dining chairs →

Yes. Teak has been the favoured wood for yacht decks and fittings for generations, because its natural oils help it stand up to salt spray, wind and rain without rotting. Like all teak outdoors it weathers to a silver-grey, a little faster by the sea, and an occasional wash with mild soapy water stops salt building up. For exposed, windy spots we recommend our heavier pieces, such as the Riverbank range, which stay put in strong gusts. Teak care guide →

Yes. Furniture arrives fully assembled and without packaging. Our own team delivers across London, the Home Counties and most of southern England; trusted couriers cover the rest of mainland UK. Delivery to a single UK mainland address is usually included in your quote. Let us know about access when you order; if space is tight, we can send tables unassembled with fitting instructions.
Yes, and no two are alike. A Norwich hospice needed pieces that patients, families and staff could all use in its gardens and café. An award-winning Wye Valley hotel wanted soft seating made to fit its terrace. We've supplied golf and sailing clubs, and provided white label products to a luxury kitchen company. Tell us about your space and we'll tell you what's worked elsewhere.
