Buying a bigger gift: what to know
Order by 16 December. For delivery before Christmas, please order by Wednesday 16 December for most UK postcodes.
Missed that date? Please get in touch, as we may still be able to deliver. Our last delivery day is Wednesday 23 December.
Collect from our showroom. Order by Tuesday 22 December to collect from our West Sussex showroom, between Midhurst and Petersfield just off the A3. Collection is by appointment.
Too big to wrap? Order a bigger piece now and we'll store it free of charge until spring. We'll be in touch to arrange a delivery date.

Delivered ready to use. Furniture arrives fully assembled and without packaging. Smaller gifts are sent by Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

Yes. Add your message in the order notes at checkout, or email us after you've ordered, and we'll include it with the gift. We never put prices on anything we send, so it can go straight to them.
Gifts bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned unused until 15 January 2027, on our standard returns terms. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are excluded.
