Steel tube with pull-out reducer and screw-fixing attachment allowing base to fits 38mm to 48mm diameter poles.
Luggage-style stainless steel handle which slide back into the base.
Side wheels on one side for easy movement (with solid caps fitted to same height on the other side).
Suitable for outdoor use.
